From the Treasury Secretary’s mansion to Kellyanne Conway’s new, expanded estate
There are still many months to go before 2017 is complete, but that doesn’t mean it’s not a perfect time to see what the biggest sales of the year have been so far.
Real estate website Redfin compiled D.C. proper’s 10 priciest residential sales so far this year, from Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin’s Massachusetts Avenue Heights mansion to Kellyanne Conway’s new, expanded estate. At this moment, the majority of the biggest sales are located near Embassy Row and Georgetown with prices ranging from $5.5 million to a little over $12.5 million.
The mapped locations have been listed from most expensive to least expensive. This map only focuses on single-family homes, not multi-family listings.
